Rowcor properties- Best not to deal with them if you are a landlord.

I would strongly advise no landlord to trust this company finding and placing suitable tenants for them. The last tenant they placed for us- was subletting our pent house unbeknown to us and there were so many damages to our unit/ unpaid electricity bills/ late payments/ noise disturbances and absolutely no urgency from this company to rectify things or to make sure your unit is put back in the condition they found/ rented it out for you in. I would be very weary of this company when trusting them with your properties.
