Rowcor negligence - avoid this company

What a hoax. Avoid doing business with this company. They found us a tenant, charged us R15 000.00. The tenant breached the lease after 7 months into a 24 month lease. Rowcor won't accept liability. Be careful with Eleanor Jacobs she asks you to write your questions, but then she does not reply. She diverts, delays and distracts. This from her: YOU CALL ME ON A SUNDAY, NOT A OFFICE DAY FOR ADMINISTRATIVE PURPOSES. SO YOU EMAILED ME, THE OFICCE REOPENED ON MONDAY, I INFORMED YOU I DID NOT GET YOUR EMAIL. YOU RESENT IT. I ALSO INFORMED YOU THAT MONDAYS I AM IN SALES MEETINGS AND MARKETING MEETINGS AND I ALSO DO PAYMENT, I INFORMED YOU ITS MONTHEND AND I AM BUSY WITH PAYMENTS. I NEVER ONCE SAID I WILL NOT CO-OPERATE, I NEED TO GO THROUGH YOUR EMAIL AND THE TENANTS EMAIL, I AM CONSULTING MY ATTORNEY BEFORE I RESPOND.
