Rowcor deception about high risk Tenant

Rowcor tried to place a Tenant with us who had a clearly dubious credit record and ********** salary slips and bank statements. When we took this up with Rowcor (Eleanor Jacobs) we received no reply. We have lodged a case with the EAAP.
