Disguisting Agent - Rowcor

Worst Estate Agent to deal with, actually they should be blacklisted with the Estate Agents Board.Recruited a tenant that only occupied my unit for one month and moved out. Principal himself inspected the unit and confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the unit. Estate agent took their commission for the whole term of the lease. Principal promised to reimburse me partly for the loss of income from the monies he held and that he will find me another tenant in the next month or two. Never heard from him since then. Could not get hold of him on the phone and he ignored all my emails addressed to him and to his company. I will never recommend Rowcor to anyone and please be very careful when dealing with them.
