Incompetency at Bosch Service centre Gateway.

I’m very disappointed in the Bosch car service centre in Alberton Gateway branch. The unprofessionalism is disappointing. I brought in my car at 7:30am today for a service and no one even called to let me know the progress of the service, I had to make multiple calls myself. The receptionist were biting their tongues when called to ask about the service and quotations, It’s like they didn’t know what’s going on. I use my car daily for work purposes and they are closing in 30 minutes but they seemingly have not done anything. Please don’t ever set foot in that branch. What an *********** bunch!!
