Owner doesn't know how to speak to customers

Car standing outside premises for more then a week no work done on car, no one in office contacts us to say when to fetch car or if car has been worked on, then I called owner he said he will drop the car off yesterday after everything is fixed, then no car has been delivered, I called him today to find out he has no manners and swears to customers over a phone and that I should come tow my car away that I drove to there! Worst service ever received!!! Don't use them
