BAD SERVICE ROUTENOTE

I am extremely disappointed with the service from RouteNote. My music has been under review for more than a month with absolutely no progress or feedback. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially for artists who rely on timely releases.

I have also sent multiple emails requesting assistance or at least an update, but I have received no response at all. The complete lack of communication is frustrating and unprofessional.

As an independent artist, you trust a distribution platform to support your work and keep you informed, but unfortunately RouteNote has failed in both areas. At the very least, there should be clear communication or status updates to let users know what is happening.

At this point, I cannot recommend RouteNote to other artists due to the poor support and extremely slow review process.
