Route 66, the route to a horrific experience at Cresta Mall

My name is Rashied Essop and I am the CEO of SED Partners, a National Plumbing and Electrical company. Today, our farewell party for our colleagues that are relocating to other regions turned into a nightmare of note. What shouldve been a fun and entertaining experience for my staff left a sour taste in all our mouths. We brought our own snacks cause we came to bowl and snacks and drinks is a normal compliment to tenpin bowling. The manager then approached us that a R500 fee will apply if we want our Corporate Pull up Banner up and if we want to enjoy our snacks while bowling. We were then ordered to pull our banner down or be charged a R500 fee. Our 8 ball pool game was also rudely interrupted when we were told that nobody is allowed to play pool cause there is a booking for the other tenpin bowling lane.

To the owners and brand managers of Route 66, you have the wrong Managers running your business. This is an Entertainment Centre where people want to enjoy food and cold drinks with their tenpin bowling game and want to be free to enjoy a game of 8 ball pool at any time. We will not be returning to your Establishment ever again. I think the Zone Rosebank Tenpin Bowling arena is a much safer option to enjoy ourselves for a night out.
