Horrible service and completely unprofessional!

Horrible and completely unprofessional establishment. We arrived just past their opening time on Sunday (10:00) only to find that the bowling was still closed. We bought credits to play and decided to wait, giving them the benefit of the doubt. 15 minutes later, the alley still wasn’t open. When I queried why, I was told by the staff that it “wasn’t their problem”. So disappointed! And looking at the other reviews, it’s a wonder they are still operating!
