ROUGEPRO

This company is a ****. said to be located in China. Having ordered from them, I received an order number and tracking number for transport/delivery, which was said to take up to max 6 weeks. On investigating the whereabouts of the parcel, tracking reflected it as "In Transit" and that is where it stayed, well beyond the 6 weeks. On inquiring with Rougepro, they apologized, advising they would resend the parcel, giving me another tracking number, which also remained "In Transit" well beyond the max 6 week transit period. Then on requestiung a refund of the transaction cost, I have been met with total silence, despite my numerous requests. My quest now it to warn all and sundry to stay away from ROUGEPRO. Their '***" email address no longer exists
