Waitress Not Getting Tips!!

I was working at rouge Hatfield in Pretoria, Im recently having issues with getting my tips, the manager, his name is Junior doesn’t want to give me my tips along with the CEO I was told by the CEO that the report that the manager gave him has errors & now the manager suspended me from work without getting my tips, I got suspended for talking to the CEO about my tips.
