Botched Hair & Brow Job on My Son’s Wedding Day – No Refund

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received at Rougé Hair, Port Elizabeth, on 26/07/25 — the day of my son’s wedding. I trusted this stylist, having used her before, but she completely failed me.

I requested a duplication of a style she did for me on a previous occasion, with clear photo references of her previous work — strawberry blonde/light copper. Instead, I was left with bright orange roots and dark ends — a total disaster. She also tinted my eyebrows black instead of the agreed light brown, and waxed them unevenly, leaving them badly shaped.

I requested a refund due to the appalling service. She refused and only offered to "fix" it, but my hair is already damaged, and my brows cannot be "fixed."— I will not risk further harm or mishaps.

I have photos as proof of this careless and unprofessional work. I do NOT recommend this salon and expected them to take responsibility.
