Very unhappy

I purchased a combo offer via their website on the 10th of November 23. After nit receiving any info relating to delivery I called them on 13th of November 2023. I received a curt response that I will be contacted and advised of the delivery details. It's now the 16th of November 2023 and no details regarding delivery have been received. I believe it's now necessary to warn the public about this company and perhaps a boycott of their products so that they understand the importance of the customer. I will be posting my comments on all other social media platforms. Being part of the legal fraternity I will be looking at issuing summons against Mr Lemmer and Rototanks registered name. What's worse is that apart from the number on the website, their is no complaints department or complaints policy and just nowhere to escalate queries or complaints. Should I not receive a response I will be engaging in legal proceedings. This company is a pure ****.
