Terrible Service and bad attitude
<p>Ordered a Roto Tank after doing some research around rain water storage.</p> <p>Delivery was a few days latewr than promised but that was only the start of the issue.</p> <p>Finally the delivery guy called at 21:30 in the evening to deliver that same night. I was away on business but we needed the tank and my wife was home so i told them to deliver.</p> <p>Upon arrival, the driver (without any assistant) wanted to just drop the tank off in our driveway. This is apparently the norm...</p> <p>As there was a storm in the area my wife didnt want the tank to blow down the estate road and reluctantly told the driver he couldnt offload the tank without placing it in the garden.</p> <p>The main issue i have is that the following day i called Andre (the delivery manager) and he was very rude around the whole event and told me that he is very busy and delivering tanks at 21:30 in the evening was normal. He then told me that i would have to wait another week for my tank to be delivered as i have "******ed his driver around"</p> <p> </p> <p>Roto tank might be busy but they are a service company and if they dont change their attitude, they will soon be wondering what happened to all their customers.</p>
