Rude staff

Purchased a tank on the 6 of March online and it was only delivered a month later with no communication what so ever. Eventually it was delivered I asked to put @ the back of the house and they said unfortunately due to company policy they can't. When I phoned the office the lady called Bernice rudely said " You never told us we have to go around in 80 days to deliver you tank" I have never felt so disrespect by any company. The manager did phone to apologies but they left a very bad impression. I have since asked a few people who have bought tanks from them and all the people the of a different race from me said they have never had such treatment may its because of my race!
