RotoTank's service tanked

I ordered a hose and after two weeks of nothing from them started querying. I was promised last Friday and this was the response late on Friday. I requested a refund and will be sure not to make the same mistake again. Absolutely pathetc

Good day Irene, I was informed that all delivers be put on hold until next week due to vehicle troubles. I asked what about their other vehicle and their response was that the other vehicle is in the shop. I told them they could have warned me to tell my clients so that they don't sit and wait. I do sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and terrible service. I will schedule your delivery for next week. I did inform them to either use truck hire or get another vehicle.
