RotoTank *********** and BAD SERVICE

Wish I had read the hellopeter reviews before purchasing 3 septic tanks from them. They made the inlet and outlet holes of the tank on the same level and when I queried they said I dont understand how water and **** works........its simple Grade 5 science that the outlet needs to be lower than the inlet unless you want the **** to run back into your house.....the sales guy Shaun who also gives reviews on Google as a client for Rototank, (Highly *********) has a serious attitude which seems to be the culture in this organization from the reviews. When I complained to their manufacturing plant they said they will get back to me but to no avail even though they made bold customer centric statements on their website....
