Ridiculous Service, Absolutely Horrible

Horrible Service from Roto Tank Richards Bay, I purchased a 5000 liter tank from these guys (Petrus) and was told that delivery is free and because I am someone who lives around the area the tank would be delivered within three days, days passed contractors breathing down my neck because they had no water onsite , eventually brought another tank from a local hardware store, now I have been chasing for my money to be refunded for 2 weeks and still I am been given the run around, Monday i received the text that the money has been paid to my account but no money reflected it's been three days now, when I ask for proof of payment it is not being sent to me and I keep being told that they are requesting it from the head office, so this is really starting to look like ***** because i don't understand why I would pay money into the Richards Bay account but when I am supposed to be refunded all things point to the head office and furthermore if the money was paid why not send proof of payment together with the text that the money has been paid. I am absolutely disgusted by the level of service these guys are giving me , they were not able to deliver as promised and now are blatantly refusing with my money
