Pathetic service!

Absolutely pathetic service and communication! I have been waiting almost 2 weeks, just to hear after I have query the status that they have stock issues on the specific product I order. This product was unstuck at the time of order.

Do not order from this company, rather go elsewhere as they are really pathetic.. why wait 2 weeks with no feedback to the client regarding stock availability?! and this is from their North West manager of all people...
