Last time i order from Rototank. Poor communication

East Rand branch: I am very disappointed with Rototank. I ordered two 40,000L tanks and one 12500L tank for an urgent project our company is working on. Despite communicating the urgency of these tanks to them, they promised a lead time of 7-15 days. However, as of today, it has been 20 days and I have yet to receive the tanks. The communication from the company is completely unsatisfactory - emails are not being responded to, and calls either go unanswered or the person who answers does not have the necessary information. I am truly disappointed and starting to regret using this company, especially since it was highly recommended by a few industry experts.
