good plastic, poor workers

In March I asked them for two 8000l tanks with a special piping inside. The first manager accepted this and I paid them. I ordered all missing parts and brought them to George. We discussed it more than once and they did pictures, so it should be sorted.

Two weeks later he told me he is too afraid to start and want me to see again, I had to shift it until end of April because of an oncoming trip. So, I stopped on 30th April to sort it out, but instead of sorting out I did one tank with the worker together (except glueing).

It took until end of May to do the delivery (shifting appointments, only doing one tank and many more excuses). Due to the fact that only half work was done (missing parts, not glued), they send their worker several times to fix it, but it was never done right.

After everything should be sorted, I filled approx. 15000l in an 8000l tank until I figured out that several things were not tight and every sealant was done wrong. Fun fact, the leakages appeared on their standard installation, not on the one I asked for.

Also the management was involved into this nightmare job, they told to help wherever it’s possible. I asked for a 10% discount which doesn’t really cover my expenses and additionally I offered them a workshop to show them their failures and how to improve their quality, but they refused.
