Extremely Poor Service – Order Not Delivered and Refund Ignored

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received.

I ordered a 2500L water tank combo with a pump online and refered to a gentleman whom I was told is named Ashly, based in Durban.

Since placing my order, I have had to repeatedly contact the company regarding delivery. Every time I call, I am told that the order will be delivered the following day. However, the delivery has still not taken place, and there has been little to no communication from the company regarding the delay.

Due to the continued delays, I decided to cancel the order and requested a refund. I was told that the administrator would contact me regarding the refund. It has now been three days, and nobody has contacted me despite several follow-ups.

Every time I call, I am simply told that someone will call me back, but no one does.

This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Delays can happen, but what is unacceptable is the lack of communication, repeated promises that are not honoured, and failure to respond to a straightforward refund request.

I would appreciate the company taking accountability and processing my refund without any further delays.

Very poor customer service and communication. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.
