Cheaply manufactured tanks an absolute waste of money. Shocking service.

Shocking service and worst workmanship of tanks manufactured. Stay away from this cheap and nasty company. From day 1 we had false promises of delivery and when received our swimming pool was stained from black liquid which was *****ed in the water inside the Rototank. They admitted after much fighting that their factory made an error. This error costs us much money to get our pool back to normal, our 2nd tank which was *****ed as they were connected had to also be drained and washed out. I was literally blamed in an email by their staff member saying it was my fault that the pool had black stains from dirt from my roof even after I proved with videos of the black liquid when rubbing my hand in the tank. We now have a leaking outlet on the tank giving us further problems as we must drain all the water to try fix this cheaply made tank. Next time I will stick to name brands which have a good track record and pay the extra. Shocking to say the least.
