Can't complain about the service because there is NO service!

Don't buy online, especially if you are going to to be serviced by the Polokwane branch. They don't communicate at all! When you contact them they are full of promises.. Two weeks now and I still don't have the parts I desperately need. One day they have it all I can pick up, then they close at 3 and I can't pick up. Then they will deliver on Monday, then they still have to fetch from the factory, then the truck broke, then they have to fetch again, then they have all and will deliver Tuesday, then they have to fetch again, then they will deliver on Thursday, Then on Friday, today is Saturday.. Now they don't even return my calls... Useless..
