Beware Rototank will not respect you

Regrettably, I have to add to the 19 bad reviews. This company has not responded to me after 2 weeks of attempting to enquire about their products. I have submitted online forms, WhatsApps, and emails (they have read the email as they submitted a read receipt) They do not answer their landline phone. Appalling response to customers. I would be sceptical to procure items as I am certain aftercare and follow-up will be met with the same disrespect.
