Useless Roto Rooter

Called them out to unblock my drain at my home. Paid in advance. Two guys came out to my home. They "worked" on the drain and said it was unblocked. They did not have a clue. These people have absolutely no experience and knowledge. Unqualified people hired for a job by roto rooter. They left and the drain was still blocked. I called them again and told them that they did not unblock the drain. The same two guys came out again. They said that I had to pay again. I called their manager carlos and he said that I had to pay again. I told them to leave my property. They are absolutely useless. Roto rooter are a complete ****. Their adverts are false. They charge exorbitant prices for no service and no quality. Useless absolutely useless. Stay away from these people. I called a plumber who came out , unblocked the drain in 15 minutes and charged me a third of what roto rooter charged. Useless roto rooter useless
