Unprofessional whatsapp customer service

Your customer service has been exceptionally unprofessional. Your company arrived and identified the problem. We were pressured into making a FULL payment (within a couple of minutes or they threatened to leave) . POP was sent immediately. Job was done. NO BANKING DETAILS WERE EVER SENT WITH THE QUOTE. We used the ones on your website. I have been harassed over and over the past month. I was sent different banking details. I suggest you update your website ASAP or this will be an ongoing problem. Definitely won't be using you again for our ongoing root problem
