Rude useless service

<p>Incredibly rude service by one of your technicians. We have a tree that where the roots are blocking a pipe - they came in, couldn’t get the pipe past the roots, would not use a smaller disc stating that a smaller disc would block the pipe. <br />Charged full price for the work, despite the contract that I signed stating that if they couldn’t clear the pipe it would cost 60% of the quote and would not guarantee the work. Stating that water was running, water was running before they arrived just slowly, it is still running slowly. When I pointed out that I was at the same point as I was before they arrived, the main guy was very rude about it basically saying that if I had a problem I should take it up with the office. <br />Never use your ****py service again.</p>
