Don't know thier job

Very expensive, poor service and dont know their job. They came sort out a problem with toilet at my house charged for labour and new parts. After they left the same problem continued and called them several times to comeback and they said they would come back but never did. After 2 weeks of waiting for them i had to hire another plumber who came and fixed the problem within 15 min.<br> <br> So rotor router basically charged me for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Will never use them again or even refer them!!!!!
