ARROGANCE OF THE WORST KIND! AVOID!

Absolutely shocking service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Arrived to give quote, gave them the telephonic go ahead immediately and they demanded cash up front. Never mentioned this on the telephone call. Spoke to a so-called "manager" who was arrogant, rude and should never interface with the public. I was not on the premises and hence couldn't pay them immediately. Could only pay when I arrived back. Worst service from a bunch of arrogant operators who only see the money first before even attempting to sort out their own self-inflicted problem!
