Bad food... Terrible service...

I am So disappointed that I got horrible service and was shouted at over the phone when I called and complained about the Rotties I had bought being off and sour... The person I spoke to informed me that its my own fault for not eating the food immediately after purchasing it as its a take away food and will go off by the next day. The more I tried to explain that all 3 different rotties (sugar bean, broad bean & the chip cheese) were all sour... We ate the chip & cheese the same evening and it was horribly sour and the cheese smelt off and sour.... The more he tried to blame me for not eating the food the same day. At Every other take away shop, can you keep their food for up to 2days in the fridge and still be able to eat it... So how is it my fault that his products were off... He Shouted at me that there is nothing wrong with his food or his kitchen and that its my own fault that the food was off... I am disgusted with their attitude and service never mind having spent R109 on spoilt food that I couldn't eat....
