Serious Hygiene and Service Failure at Roti & Chai Oceans

I visited Roti & Chai Oceans on two separate days for breakfast and I am honestly shocked at the poor standards. On the second visit, the place looked dirty and poorly maintained. While having chai, we found what looked like a ****roach in the serviette. This was immediately shown to the waiter. He showed no urgency or care and did not even replace the drink. Another staff member eventually had to step in, which shows how careless the service is. We also asked for our breakfast to be made a certain way. Both meals came out wrong and exactly the same, as if no one actually listened to the order at all. To make matters worse, the hygiene in the restaurant is unacceptable. There were dead ****roaches visible on the floor. This is completely disgusting for a place that serves food. It raises serious questions about how the kitchen and dining area are being cleaned. Overall, the service was careless, the staff were not attentive, and the hygiene is far below acceptable standards. This is not a small mistake — it shows a lack of basic respect for customers. I would not recommend this restaurant unless serious changes are made immediately.
