Roti&Chai

I Visited Roti&Chai at Suncoast Casino couple weeks back. I ordered and got my meal. I then asked the person in charge who I’m sure is the owner to please cut the roti in half. He gave me a knife and told me to do it myself. I was about to proceed and he then tells me not to do such on the premises I must go elsewhere and cut it. I then wondered I once supported them when it was still a pop up at The Plant in a gazibo. I remember speaking to the owner clearly. Service was on point, excellent BUT I now begin to wonder what has changed does normal customer service change with the venue of the place? The food is delicious fair enough but the service and attitude is terrible. Never will I support such a place again.
