paid our deposit for a couch and its been 2 months since it was meant to be delivered. we call, email, message and beg for a response. ALL COMMUNICATION IS IGNORED! there are only excuses. i have received 2 calls from other people that he has done this to! i want my refund, we are tired of all the lies! all you get is nonsense from this team, they are ******** and *****! just as the other complaints - we paid 50% deposit, we are now told that we have to wait 21 days for a refund but other people have been waiting for up to a year!
