Refund

Hello.My name is Mokgolo Mokolobate,,my daughter is a student at Rostec College in Bloemfontein .In April I did an Edu Loan of R12 600 to pay the outstanding balance,in October Tsholanang's father forgot and paid R3000 In the College's account.I made them aware and asked for a refund.They requested me to write a letter of which I did.When I call them,they transfer me from one person to the next and I'm desperately in need of that money,so if you can assist me with the refund I will be pleased.
