Rostec College CBD failed

I am a registered student at Rostec College CBD in the Social Auxi****y class i was registered for a full-time course i went in and asked my mentor will it e oky if i can do for a month part-time she arranged for me and told me is fine i will be put to full-time after the month, i did not sign any papers because they told me its only for a month it's not necessary so after a month i went to big daddy and he told me it will be changed back soon but empty promises like always a few months past and it was still not back to full time so i went to see a lawyer and asked for help but still no luck now the school refuses me to write my final exam paper because i still didn't pay the part time fee

I also paid uniform and didn't receive it i paid for my book but didn't receive any book paid practical training but the college didn't get me a place i got my own place in fact i got most of the students place to do there practical training

Rostec college really have failed me in service i didn't even receive the education in class the stuff i know is the knowledge i have gained at my practical and my own hard work
