Rostec College barring matric students from writing exams due to not up-to-date fees.

Rostec College Pretoria is treating matric students inhumanely,victimising students & subjecting them to embarrassment , barring from writing exams or delaying them from writing exams due to fees that are not up-to-date which according to the department of education is not permitted, instead of taking the parents up to task or sending letters of demand .Can the department of education or media houses or powers that be please ensure that this unwarranted action by this college is brought to an end . Their concern seems to be monetary gain at the expense of the student's future and mental well being.
