Poor service

I mistakenly paid R9,000 instead of the intended R900. Upon realizing this error, I immediately contacted Rostec college and was advised that in order to process the refund, I should first settle the yearly school fees.

Following this advice, i agreed that R9000 will be used settle the remaining balance as required and the overpayment of R2,650 would be processed and deposited into my account within 21 days. However, it has now been more than 35 days since that assurance, and despite numerous phone calls , I have yet to receive the refund or any concrete updates on the matter. cell ***. ***
