BAD SERVICE

I paid to wright my exams in full December, I have been calling and emailing to get the roster on when I am writing every time I call they say they will call me back I emailed last week I did not receive any mail back I called today and the person answering the phone tells me " what do you want me to do about it" when I asked her name she put the phone down in my ear.... this is unacceptable I paid over R5000 with no response from this people and the department of education actually referred me to them.
