Poor Service and Unprofessional Workmanship

Rossouws Plumbing & Electrical (Bloemfontein) is extremely unprofessional in delivering a service. After I reported a leak geyser at the body corporate (National Real Estate, Bloemfontein) on the 19th of October 2018. They arrive on the same date. However, the geyser was not switched on and they promise to return on the 20th of October 2018 to examine my geyser, they never arrived. They never even gave me a reason for the non-arrival. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Again on the 27th of November they inspected a geyser that was not switched on at the time and therefore they were in no position to determine whether the geyser was defective or not. Thus no level of s**** could be app**** to determine the defect. Till date no quotation was issued by Rossouws Plumbing, this is a requirement for any service rendered. Rossouws Plumbing & Electrical continue to invoice me and charge me without delivering service. Till date they don't even know what is wrong with my geyser.
