The Long Wait

Hi, My wife handed a case to Rossouw and Rossouw Attorneys. This attorneys are so busy they do not call or even send a simple email to keep you updated on the case. This case is heading for its second year. Updating your clients is key to good business. I have emailed like 5 times and called once a week and since last year Dec and all I get told is the lawyer is very busy and has a big case. Is the small case not easy to completed? Why does my case not get any attention since Jan 2015? I would never recommend these attorneys to anyone....No I lie, I would, to the dead, then they have all the time in the world because the dead will not bother then with calls and emails.
