Poor service delivery / scared of the attorneys because of ****s that are happening in our country.

My name is Doris Nhlapo, was on one debt review until Covid -19. From April to August 2020 was not working sitting at home without any income. My creditors account was about to be paid up in September. The reason that make me to wright this review is because, I have tried my level best to communicate with one debt review and send the requested document to them since January don't get any assistance. I have call numerus time to tell them that one of the creditors which is Nedbank who hand me over to Rossouw Attorneys, their response was that if there was no money in the account for 3 months it will collapse. end up making payment arrangement with them. Today when I checked them on Google, find that there are people who wrote to hello Peter about their un happiness of their deductions and too much money that is been deducted from their accounts. I was about to start tomorrow for 3 months payment because they said is a special discount. If not payed will go back to normal balance. On the other hand I m waiting for one debt review to assist on this matter. I'm so disappointed because they were 100% helping when people are drowning with depths which I'm one of them. I need help please. I feel that since my balance was nearly finished, now they want an interest to accumulate so that they can get more money. On other side Nedbank is nagging me with their attorneys.
