Terrible service
Very unreliable service. Requested to move furniture - he confirms over the phone. Sent an sms to confirm he does not reply. On the day he states he is too busy wait until tomorrow. Next day given time to meet - he is late. Told 5 mins away. 40 mins later he arrives. His slogan is dependable, reliable, secure. Not at all!
