Bad bad attitude

I refuse to be bul**** and disrespected by your consultants,I pay on time and every month,I constantly receive threatening Sms and they even contain incorrect amounts,

I called today and had the pleasure of speaking to Norah,what a very rude,bully,n disrespectful consultant, speaking to me with her tone while she is on the work phone, please address this,

I refuse to be bul****,and disrespected. Before you call accusing me of not paying,wait for your system to update payments.please train Norah how to address people especially when at work.
