Rossouw Pool Solutions are ****mers, stay away!!

The owner of the business refuses to take responsibility for bad workmanship, all they care about is taking your money and running away. They were very adamant to get a 70% deposit upfront, and all I asked was that a leak be fixed and that my creepy not get stuck in a specific corner. They sold me an entire pool redo. After the work was done, I called the owner to say that the creepy is still stuck, and he tells me to buy a zodiac (which I had even before the work started. Had he been onsite he would have known), and a dominator (which I ALSO have!) The walls have white marks al***** and when trying to explain this, he put down the phone in my ear (recording available as proof) and refuses to take my call again. ****mer, stay away!
