Dissaponted with accounts service

End of November 2024 went to the dentist they confirmed that I needed to pay R2100 cash and my medical will pay R700 which I did, to my surprise beginning of January 2025 gor a missed call from RosSmile which I contacted them back and the receptionist said not sure who contacted me and mentioned an app for my nephew which he doesn't even use my medical, I'm not even responsible for him, I then contacted his mom who said she registered me as a next of kin so I let it slide.2 weeks ago I received a call from a gentle who said was calling from attorneys regarding my acc with a dentist I ask which Dr which he mentioned but wasn't fami**** with the name asked him where is the Dr from couldn't answer said will get back to me he never did.

I took it upon myself to fo check with RosSmile since there the dentist I'm using that's when I was told my account was qith the lawyers since my medical aid didn't pay R700 I am like so why I was never contacted or atleast send me an email the account lady was dismissive and never even showed any interest.

I am really dissappointed of the incompetence and unprofessional behavior. I really feel that this is a **** where they giving this attorneys business because you cannot just transfer the account to lawyers.

I have never received any call or email for that matter, and my email address was only confirmed today when I was at there offices. ALL THEY COULD DO WAS GIVE ME A PAPER WITH LAWYERS DETAILS AND TOLD TO ARRANGE WITH THEM. LIKE REALLY

I am very dissappointed with how they handled this matter.
