Worst service ever and undermining people

I have been requestung a quotation from this company for over a week and now and everytime i call i get to be told the person dealing with that is busy. Its quite irritating when u being made a fool by the same peopke you require services from or maybe because iam an individual and not some big company iam being taken for a fool. I made over 15 calls and everytime its the same excuse and empty promises... Your service really sucks big time...
