Poorest service by Rosslyn Clothing and I demand my refund

Through Samantha Ademulegun ordered 10 school baseball jackets from Rosslyn Clothing on 13th March 2024. Before I placed an order I was told by Samantha (whatsap) that the order will be ready by 28th March 2024. I assured the school that jackets will be delivered on 28th or 29th March 2024. On the 28th March 2024 I called Samantha, she didn't answer my call but sent me a whatsap to say 'order is still in production and I will confirm as soon as its complete'..... this was the answer every time I was enquiring. I then requested to talk to senior manager, I spoke to Johan and sent him email to cancel the order because the agreed date for delivery was overdue and the school was demanding their deposit. On 9th April 2024 I refunded the school and I demand my refund from Rosslyn Clothing....
