Worst quality construction and terrible customer service!

We contacted Dirk Rosslee after seeing his special on Facebook for a new pool build, and we began the build. I have never seen such poor quality workmanship as what Dirk did for us. They had to redo the paving on one side of the pool as it was not level, the mosaics had to be redone 3 separate times, and the pool is leaking straight after being finished by him!? The pool light is not in the centre of the pool, the water jet is not flush against the wall and the entire pool is skew. Simply terrible, poor quality work. He has no pride in his work at all and the entire experience has been a huge disappointment!
