Abysmal product quality

Placed an order October 31st , 2020 on the following items: Crown Stone Set and The Cable Bracelet Set. Received the order and was initially satisfied with the purchase. After around two weeks of wearing the cable bracelets I noticed that the black material on the the twisted cable bracelet was starting to fade an peel away. I brought this to Ross and Specters attention via Instagram and received a response saying: "Good day, thank you for reaching out. This is normal wear and tear on the on the twisted cable bracelet, it is not peeling, but cased by friction between the tip and the cable part of the bangle when worn. It happens on the inside of the tip and should not be visible when worn." Pretty terrible response considering the amount I spent on the items as well as the promise of excellent quality of their products, marketing gimmicks, but non the less I stomached it and got on with life. Hardly a month later, the tip of the same bracelet fell off. I contacted them and send pictures dated December 24th, 2020 and received an auto response that they are closed until January 11th; 2021. After not hearing back from them i sent another inquiry dated January 13th, 2021 to follow up and request a refund based on the abysmal quality of their product. Received a response stating based on the nature of the product they cannot guarantee them indefinitely (not sure if 2 months let alone 2 weeks is indefinitely?), being it as it may i requested for the item to be replaced, and this too was not allowed. I swallowed the bitter pill that I was caught out by a well marketed horrible product. I decided to warn fellow shoppers and commented on the poor quality of their product on their Instagram account. The comment was promptly deleted and they blocked me from their Instagram account (social platform to voice opinions and relate customer experiences????)

Please beware of the poor quality of their poor quality and non existent customer service.
